“Back in 1996, my buddy and I started ClearView with just one truck and our office in the basement. From the start, we made a simple promise: treat folks like family, because that’s just the right thing to do. Reading “How to Win Friends and Influence People” as a teenager left a lasting impression on me. Then, after helping out on a plumbing job one day, my Dad saw something in me and said, “That’s a good job, you should do that for a living.” I began in construction plumbing, but my heart was set on the service industry. Books like “Customers for Life” and “The Marriott Way” fueled my passion for customer service. So in ’96, my buddy and I took a leap of faith and launched ClearView.”
